BIS creates and implements a regulatory compliance plan and program focused on the individual needs of each client. Our representatives conduct an in-depth analysis of current processes to formulate new policies and procedures that are easy to understand and comply with. BIS will train your staff and develop on-going education in order to keep compliance top of mind. The BIS Compliance department will either teach a designated individual on the client’s team the proper ways to maintain a comprehensive compliance program or will step in to conduct internal investigations, disclose information to appropriate government bodies, initiate corrective action plans, and prepare for audits.
