Chief Operating Officer
Rekha Rajan-Wilson comes to us with vast experience in all aspects of Health Care Compliance, Risk and Operations. She attended the University of South Florida for undergrad and Florida Coastal School of Law for Law School. She has been working in health care for the last 15 years and truly loves what she does. She is also certified in Health Care Compliance and is a Licensed Health Care Risk Manager in the state of Florida.
She is married to her husband, Brandon and has 2 children, Meela and Rowin. She loves to travel internationally and is an avid blackjack player.
Chief Administrative Officer
Tracie earned a MS in Nursing from USF and obtained her certification as an Adult Nurse Practitioner. She earned her MBA from the University of Phoenix and completed a master’s course in Private Equity at the London Business School. She is a Certified Healthcare Risk Manager in the state of Florida as well as a certified professional coder (CPC)
Chief Financial Officer
Ana earned Bachelor of Arts in Accounting, from the University of South Florida and went on to obtain CPA licensure from the State of Delaware and is a Florida licensed real estate broker. Ana belonged to Beta Alpha Psi international accounting honor society. Ana is passionate about the healthcare industry providing quality health services and wellness to the community and financial management to help clients achieve optimal revenue growth. She has over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry, including hospitals and health systems, physician practices, and behavioral health.
Vice President of Client Services
Phil served in the US Navy before studying Business Administration and a Master Six Sigma from Villanova University. He has spent almost 20 years developing medical call centers internationally. He has a data driven approach to process development with an emphasis on continuous improvement. He is from Florida and now resides with our BIS Team in Colombia, South America. He is an avid outdoorsman who has kayaked through the Florida Everglades, rafted the Grand Canyon camping along the riverbanks, and ventured through the Brazilian Amazon.
VP, Information Technology
Danielle is an MBA graduate from the University of Tampa and has spent the past 15 years developing, managing, and deploying various software platforms across a wide variety of industries both domestically and internationally. She comes to us with a focus on project management, process improvement, workflow automation, quality assurance testing, technical writing, end-user training, and software architecture design. Danielle is from a small city in the Midwest. She loves classic cars, DIY projects, the outdoors, and traveling with her wife and daughter.
Director, Revenue Cycle
Yoany is a passionate, forward-thinking, and intuitive Revenue Cycle professional with over 15 years experience. She is a mentor to her team with a proven track record of achievement. She is relentless and driven with ensuring the organization and team are set up for success. Her guiding principle is a quote by Robert Ingersoll “We rise by lifting others”. She is a Tampa native and currently pursuing a degree in Biological Health Sciences and Healthcare Administration from the University of South Florida.
Director, Revenue Cycle
Kate McGarry comes to the BIS team with more than 30 years of healthcare experience, with a proven track record of maintaining revenue integrity with high levels of client satisfaction. Having worked on both the payer and provider sides of healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM), she possesses a 360 degree view of the process which allow for a focus on maximizing revenue collections, key performance indicators (KPI’s), automation, and researching workflows for process efficiency. In addition, her experience spans all specialties (including ASC, Oncology, PT/OT, and multi-spec groups). In her free time, Kate enjoys traveling to visit her large family across the globe.
Senior Director - Human Resources & Risk/Legal Liaison
Human Resources, Payroll & Credentialing professional with 17 years of experience, studied Economics and Finance in Cali, Colombia S.A. Work as a partner to create strategic solutions and lead the tactical execution on HR service delivery, integrated processes and operational excellence. Has developed HR Department from scratch in several occasions implementing HR systems, policies and procedures. Company culture and diversity ambassador. Officially a family, dog and bunny lover!
Spine and High Acuity Revenue Cycle Manager
Mimi, our Spine, and High Acuity Revenue Cycle Manager has over 20 years of Revenue Cycle Experience. She has always had a passion for patient care. She started her career in the medical field as a Certified Medical Assistant for a General Surgeon in Paterson, NJ where she was born and raised. While working with the Surgeon, she grew to learn all aspects of Billing and Collections becoming the Office Manager. She relocated to Tampa, FL with her family 20 years ago. Mimi came to BIS USA as a High Acuity Collector with expertise in Billing and Collections.
Her go-to motto is: Sharing is Caring. Mimi uses her positive attitude and tireless energy to encourage others to work hard and succeed. She is inspired daily by her two adult daughters and three grandchildren. Mimi is a Children’s Photographer in her free time and she loves sunsets at the beach.

Julie is an award-winning sales representative with more than 15 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, medical device, and biomedical industries. She brings a unique perspective of brand development, design, and creativity as she is also the founder of a nonprofit youth apparel brand that supports the missions of local children’s charities. Julie also writes for a local publication with widespread distribution sharing the stories of the hard-working and inspirational women and children in Tampa Bay. Julie and her husband, Ken, have two daughters, Ella and Kate.
General Manager BIS Colombia
Mayra obtained her MBA with emphasis on International Business. She is a bilingual Industrial Engineer with management, commercial, logistic, administrative and operational skills. She has recognized ability in personnel management, analyzing and problem solving, assertive decision making, and project execution. She is a proud mother of 3 children and when she isn’t in the office you will find her anywhere live music is playing.
Ms Roca earned an International Business Management Degree from the Universidad del Norte. She has more than 10 years of experience in a call center environment focusing on Patient Experience. She has lead different teams and projects and is currently overseeing accounts for BIS Colombia.
Human Resources Manager
Psychologist with a diploma in labor law, specialization and a master's degree in Organizational Development and Human Processes, with more than 17 years of experience in the organizational area. Her years of experience also include having worked in other companies who like BIS, are in multiple countries which gave her the opportunity to learn about different cultures, processes and their work dynamics. She has created Human Resources departments from scratch, developing processes, policies, doing massive recruitment of 400+ people, impacting and contributing to the different areas of the company as well as its constitution.
Business administrator and senior management specialist from Nueva Granada University with more than 9 years of experience in the BPO sector and great experience in personnel management, and designing strategies to achieve organizational metrics. Teamwork and communication are the keys to success.

He focuses on project management, team management, client relationship management, process improvement, workflow automation and quality assurance. Giri is from Chennai, India. He is a Six Sigma Black Belt and a Professional Scrum Master. He loves cars, travelling to hill stations, watching movies, playing cricket and spending time with his family.

Umashankar alias “Shankar” is a Madras University graduate in commerce and has 14 years of experience in the medical billing industry handling account receivables, authorization, verification and credit balance. He always puts the needs of the client first and collaborates closely with the team to deliver the desired outcome. He enjoys going on trips, watching movies, listening to music, and spending time with his family and friends.

Praveen Kumar is a BCom graduate from Madras University and has spent the past 13 years managing projects and account receivable and ambulance billing & coding teams. Dinesh is from Chennai, India. He has graduated in English Literature and has an enormous experience in US Healthcare Medical Billing/Credentialing/Contracting. He has expertise in Team management, Project management, Provider/Patient support and Client Relationship. He is Six Sigma Green Belt certified and certified ECIL Practitioner (Excellence in Continuous Improvement Leadership). He loves dancing, riding motorcycles and is a passionate cook.
